Ugh, I agree but have to admit that I do exactly that at work. The document was set up in a manner displaying the signature space followed by the typed name of sender and was first developed to be completed by hand. So I have used the Script Font in the actual signature place because I no longer write them out by hand and they are monthly mass mailed forms. I don't think it's wrong in that sense as the "signature" is just to show who it's from. I guess the "sig" could be removed entirely, leaving just leaving a typed name. :) But I had to laugh when I saw this because on a document REQUIRING an actual signature, it does seem stupid! Thanks for the laugh!

Hello. My wife and I bought our house about 6 months ago. It was a foreclosure and we were able to get a great deal on it. We also took advantage of the 8K tax credit so that definitely helped. We did an extensive remodeling job and now I want to refinance to cut the term to a 20 or 15 year loan. Does anyone know any good sites for mortgage information? Thanks!

Mike
